Southern Lawn MAXX Grass Seed- Blue tag certified with 0% weed seed or filler product.  This grass seed is fertilizer coated and pinkish/red in color which allows for faster germination on yards receiving regular fertilization treatments.  It contains a three seed tall fescue blend with a germination rating of 90%.  

Starter Fertilizer– This product simply sparks and speeds up the growth of grass seed and is recommended for lawns not receiving routine fertilization treatments.  

Concentrated Calcitic Lime– Or, Hydra-G.  Basically, this product is a concentrated calcitic lime and raises soil pH in weeks rather than months compared to standard pelletized lime.  

Gypsum–   Organic soil conditioner used as a source of calcium, and sulfur. It provides a reaction to the soil structure improving water and root infiltration. Gypsum is more soluble that lime and can add calcium more rapidly to the soil.
